MISSIONS
- Ensure a professional and warm welcome to visitors and calls telephone lines.First line.
- Effectively manage the general manager's agenda and appointments.
- Process postal and electronic mail accurately and diligently.
- Prepare and format documents, reports, presentations and correspondences.
- Coordinate and organize meetings, including logistics and meeting planning notes.
- Manage travel and reservations.
- Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders.
- Maintain organized databases and filing systems.
- Assist in the preparation of calls for tenders and import files.
- Manage various administrative tasks as needed.
POSITION PROFILE
Education: University degree or equivalent.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a similar role, preferably in a dynamic environment.
Language skills: Excellent command of French, fluency in English is an advantage.
Technical skills: Mastery of Office Pack (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), writing and communication skills, organizational skills and attention to detail.
Personal qualities: Professionalism, discretion, ability to work independently and in a team, proactive and solution-oriented attitude, effective management of priorities , flexibility and adaptability.
